Fast and Monkey-ious

The tires screeched as the young racer made another perfect turn. The crowd sat on the edge of their seats as they watched the racers make their final lap.

"This is it" thought the young monkey as he prepared himself for the next obstacle. "Around the chair leg and past the cheerio. Just like we practiced." The others were right behind him, one mistake and it would all be over.

He'd been training for this all of his life. He could practically feel the trophy, heavy in his arms.

This was his moment.

He turned the handlebars with expert precision and leaned into the turn. The crowd gasped as the newcomer flawlessly maneuvered his way around the chair leg and past the cheerio, the other racers hot on his tail.

The racers were neck and neck, it was going to be a close call.

A cheer erupted from the crowd as they watched the young racer cross the finish line.

The young monkeys heart raced as he looked around to take it all in. His newfound fans rushed over to congratulate him as he lifted a fist into the air in triumph.

My sister looked up from washing the dishes and cocked her head to the side. She wondered if she had imagined it.

Wiping her sudsy hands on a towel, she stepped into the living room to investigate. The room was empty, save for one of Buzzy's plastic chairs and a lonely cheerio.

She shook her head and headed back into the kitchen to finish the dishes.

The Dangers Of Ordering Online

My sister recently started ordering groceries online and having them delivered right to her door. She received this box but claims that she didn't order it.
I wonder what their return policy is....

Creeping On The Doug

While my parents were away on their three week vacation they sent the dog to a doggy camp for his very own vacation. Oscar had a blast although he did get into a little fight with some random bitch.

Buzzy was devastated when he came to visit and saw that his best friend wasn't home. He spent the last three weeks eagerly awaiting his return.

Monday afternoon my parents picked the dog up and brought him home. Needless to say, Buzzy is ecstatic to have his friend back at his side.
His ears are just so soft! Who could resist the temptation?

Mr. Potato Head is contemplating life and wondering where he left his mouth last night...
What ever could have happened to it?
